For the serious speech recognition user, this is the microphone to which all others are compared. It is truly the best, both in terms of accuracy and external noise rejection. Since it is designed for the professional vocalist, you will need to mount this to a desk mounted stand and you will need to pick a cable to connect to the female XLR connection at the bottom of the microphone.

Comments: The moment you put this microphone in your hand you will appreciate the quality of the design and engineering. It is extremely well made and similarly exquisitely performing. While this is unequivocally the best microphone for use with speech recognition software, keep in mind that you will need a mounting mechanism to your desk and will need to select an XLR to 3.5 mm adapter (both available from us). For best performance, we suggest that you interface this to your computer with an Andrea USB adapter.

I have used this microphone for the past 10 years and have never regretted the expense. Over the years, I have tried all types of microphones but this is the most superb piece of equipment I ever used. The accuracy it adds to Dragon is remarkable. I love this so much, I bought a second one to use at home as well.
