This combination combines the recognized "gold standard" in microphones for use with Dragon (the Sennheiser MD43 II) with our exclusive desk-mounted balanced spring arm stand.
For the serious speech recognition user, this is the microphone to which all others are compared. It is truly the best, both in terms of accuracy and external noise rejection. Since it is designed for the professional vocalist, you will need to mount this to a desk mounted stand and you will need to pick a cable to connect to the female XLR connection at the bottom of the microphone.

In this combination we combine the Sennheiser MD431 II, with a the Hosa XVM105 XLR to 1/8 inch TRS cable and our exclusive balanced spring microphone arm. Regarding the stand, this is a simple, cost-effective microphone stand which will conveniently mount a hand-held microphone (the MD431ii) for use with speech recognition, broadcasting, and other uses. This stand includes both a clamp for desk mounting, and a screw in bracket for permanent installations. The beauty of this type of set-up is that 1) your microphone doesn't need to be worn or held (like headset and hand-held microphones), 2) it takes up virtually no valuable desk "real estate", and 3) it can be easily moved into position or moved out of the way depending upon your needs.

Comments: The moment you put this microphone in your hand you will appreciate the quality of the design and engineering. It is extremely well made and similarly exquisitely performing. The balanced spring arm includes an integrated XLR extension cable. We provide an additional 5 ft. XLR to 1/8 male cable to make the final connection to your computer or external sound card. We recommend interfacing this set-up to your computer with an Andrea Pure Audio (MA) USB adapter, which is shown below and which may be purchased separately.
