All of our formal support is done through our premier support vendor, Certified eSupport, and they know Dragon and speech recognition like no-one else. After purchasing this option, you will be contact by Certified eSupport to schedule your support.

What it includes:

This service includes a set of procedures to help your computer run faster, while also reducing system issues. It usually includes things like disk defragmentation and cleanup, as well as recommendations for improving your computer's performance specifications.

With the Optimize Me service, our technicians will perform a multi-point set of adjustments, with each adjustment designed to optimize both the computer an any installed speech solutions. Please note that this is a per-workstation service.

In addition to the optimization service, this package includes oneyear access to the Certified eSupport Knowledgebase.

Long time Dragon user, 3rd interaction with certified esupport. After an upgrade of our office computers, I decided to have our our Dragon systems optimized.

I spoke to a few helpdesk technicians at esupport, and after a number of interactions, I was finally directed to my reseller to purchase this service.

The person I spoke to at certified esupport that finally diagnosed my needs was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the persons I spoke to that were performing the optimization presented as quite green in the subject of Dragon and computer optimization in general.

My advice would be to find a senior support staff member and ensure they will be performing the service. From the scuttlebutt I overheard, it sounds like most, if not all, technicians with superior knowledge are no longer with the company. I still have issues with Dragon and my now 6-month old computers.
