2/20/2016 – Does this footswitch come with basic software for assigning one keystroke per switch, or is it useless without the add-on Octopus software? Thanks.
Response From Speech Recognition Solutions: Although this foot switch is usable with various transcription products as is, if you want to assign specific keystrokes to the switches, you'll need an add-on software product like Octopus USB Controller. You can "test drive" Octopus USB Controller for three uses by downloading it from the following link:
