8/15/2017 – Is this for USB 3.0 or 2.0?
Response From Speech Recognition Solutions: Both the MA and SA versions of the Andrea Pure Audio USB adapter use USB 2.0. If by chance your device has only USB C ports, you can purchase a USB C to USB adapter from us or elsewhere. You can see our adapter at this link: https://store.speechrecsolutions.com/apple-usb-c-to-usb-adapter-p377.aspx
11/6/2015 – What is the difference between SA and MA model?
Will this work on windows 10 and nuance powerscribe (medical)?
Do i . . .
Response From Speech Recognition Solutions: The MA or "monaural" version only deals with sound in. It has only a microphone in jack. The SA version deals with both sound in and sound out (and has two jacks.)
It will work with Windows 10. I can't speak to Nuance Powerscribe, but see no reason it wouldn't work with it.
Finally, you do not need to install drivers. All necessary drivers will install directly from your operating system.
1/12/2014 – Is this the version with the direct USB connection as pictured here or the version with the same model name on the Andrea . . .
Response From Speech Recognition Solutions: We now have the updated model with the short USB extension (as pictured on the Andrea website) in stock. Thanks for the reminder to update our picture!
