Response From Speech Recognition Solutions: You should not need drivers for the NC 185VM. If you are referring to the NC 185VM USB, the drivers for the USB portion of the microphone should install automatically from the operating system if you are using the Mac OSX 10.5 or greater and Windows XP and beyond. If you want to install the Audio Commander software package, you can download this from Andrea at: http://www.andreaelectronics.com/software.html
